| Tune Quality Cannot Be Guaranteed In Rain, or at Temperatures above 90 Degrees. The Highland Piper Reserves the Right to Cancel an Outdoor Performance, with Full Refund, if the Heat Index exceeds 95 degrees. Cancellation is automatic if the Heat Index exceed 100 degrees. Outdoor playing will cease immediately in the presence of lightning, with refund except for deposit. |
